Self Check

The Brownsville Public Library System has Self Check stations available at both library locations. The Self Check station allows anyone with a valid library card to checkout their books themselves without any staff intervention!

To check out your books at a Self Check station you need (1) your library card, (2) your assigned personal identification number (PIN) and (3) the items you wish to check out.

Videos and other media may not be checked out at the Self Check stations.
