Well, the Brownsville Public Library System is now offering 12 new online language courses for free. You can learn any or all of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Spanish (Latin America), French, Korean, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Tagalog, Italian, Russian, Turkish or ESL. You can even download the free app for your Android or Apple device. The Mango Languages web page also provides a translation tool. So, what are you waiting for? Start speaking a different tongue.
